Adventure Safaris:
Outfitters for Life
March 2006 McGlenn News Letter
The last two months we have been teaching Home schools and finishing up our comparative anatomy showing God’s message in living creatures.
We put on a dinosaur program at Calvary Chapel and had a good response from the kids. They were amazed that dinosaurs still lived into present times.
We have been getting a few new church contacts the last week and pray they will open up for teaching of Creation science and evangelism.
Russ has been accepted as a Boy Scout merit badge advisor in Astronomy, geology, paleontology, electricity, and Indian Lore. He was able to do astronomy at an all day scout pow wow and share on long age versus short age of the universe.
We will be in Washington from April 1-12 to teach a home school group and at some churches. Pray for final plans and that we can speak at the Anacortes church. (Russ’s home town)
Praise:
1. One family we are coaching is open to spiritual things and they are
seeing how Godly principles can help their relationships. Pray that they will become Christians.
2. Thankful for safe travel
Prayer needs:
1. Our trip to Washington that we can have many opportunities to share
the gospel.
2. Safe trip.
3. More churches open to our message.
4. We are still waiting on bureaucratic red tape to teach at the Juvenile
Detention Center. Pray the paper work will go through and we can start this ministry. There is a real need there as there is not a consistent Sunday morning SS or church service. There are about 150 kids there.
